Booking Conditions
1/ Reservation confirmation :
The reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is paid, the amount corresponding to 30% of the total price of the duration of your stay which will be deducted from the invoice. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of arrival at the hotel.
Before confirming your reservation on our system, here are the steps to follow:
1- The customer must complete the booking form and complete the three validation steps.
2- The customer will receive a validation email containing all this information with the calculated amount.
3- Our hosting service will check the availability of your rooms for the duration of your stay and we will send you a notification by e-mail.
4- Bank transfer of the deposit with a payment receipt in JPG or PDF format.
5- As soon as we have proof of payment that your advance has been paid into our account and that it corresponds exactly to your request, we confirm your accommodation and we will send you your voucher by email. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of arrival at the hotel.
6- Remember to print and bring your voucher the day of your arrival at the hotel to pay the remaining amount.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
ATTENTION: taking the flight or the bus to go to the hotel is not guaranteed by the hotel !
2/ Payment terms :
You can pay your deposit by bank transfer.
If you are resident in Tunisia, you can pay your deposit in Tunisian Dinar.
If you are abroad, You can pay your deposit in Euro or Dollar only.
3/ Your stay :
Arriving time : Rooms are available from 14:30.
Departure time : The release of the rooms, the day of departure, must be done before 12:00.
The client agrees to return his room in perfect condition at the end of his stay, to declare and assume financially, any possible degradation of which he could be responsible on the property. If degradations were noted after the departure, the SARL DAR DHIAFA would be authorized to turn towards the customer concerned.
Pets are not allowed in our establishment.
4/ Tourist tax :
The tourist tax is equal to 2 DT / person / day. It will be added to the total amount calculated on the site only for the first 7 days of accommodation.
5/ Reservation Cancellation :
In case of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded and the verification process requires 3 days to confirm your reservation without counting holidays.
6/ How does our booking engine calculate your amount ?
Our booking engine uses an advanced algorithm that calculates the amount of your stay according to the time of the season (6 different periods) and according to age groups of children and number of adults in the same room. For more information see our All Inclusive offer.

Minimum stay: 1 day
Number of day (s) in advance to book: 3 days
** Period 2 **
From 16-06-2019 to 15-07-2019
Minimum stay: 1 day
Number of day (s) in advance to book: 3 days
** Period 3 **
From 16-07-2019 to 04-08-2019
Minimum stay: 3 days
Number of day (s) in advance to book: 3 days
** Period 4 **
From 05-08-2019 to 26-08-2019
Minimum stay: 5 days
Number of day (s) in advance to book: 5 days
** Period 5 **
From 27-08-2019 to 30-09-2019
Minimum stay: 3 days
Number of day (s) in advance to book: 3 days
** Period 6 **
From 01-10-2019 to 31-10-2019
Minimum stay: 1 day
Number of day (s) in advance to book: 3 days
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The rate for a child over 12 years old is the same for an adult as promotions only apply to children under 12 years old. For example, if you are a couple and you have 2 children 14 and 12 years old, then you must put in the blue form 3 adults and 1 child.
